A little note to let you know we are very happy with our new living room carpeting, which was installed on February 28.
Jim Herrick (the installer) did a wonderful job and he even took our old carpet out to our dumpster. That was really nice of him.
Also, when Jim took our old carpeting off the stairway going to our second floor, he noticed that the entire string of stairs was not anchored to the walls. This made the stairs quite unsteady. He suggested calling a carpenter. We did that and had the stairs reinforced so that Jim could put the carpet on the stairs. His professional help and advice was really appreciated.

My husband and I would like to take this opportunity to express how satisfied we are with the installer of our new hardwood floors. He did an absolute beautiful job and my husband and I agree the floors make it look like a new place. He was very easy to work with and went out of his way to accommodate us.
His finish work put the icing on the cake and was impeccable also. He cleaned up after himself everyday and kept in close contact with us to make suggestions for a better outcome and to see if we had any concerns and to make sure we were happy with the floors.
He is very talented and it shows in is work. My husband and I are very glad we chose to go with Rugs, Rolls and More for our flooring needs and will be returning to do more business in the future.
